1. My Service
My Web Design Service offers customized website design services to businesses and individuals. I will work with you to create a website that meets your specific needs and requirements.

2. Payment and Refunds
I require a deposit of 25-50% before starting work on your website. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the website. I accept payment by Stripe or eTransfer. In the event that you are not satisfied with my work, I will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If I am unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, I will issue a refund of the deposit amount.

3. Ownership and Copyright
You will retain full ownership of all content, graphics, and other materials that you provide to me for use on your website. I will not use any of your materials for any purpose other than to create your website. All custom code, design, and other materials that I create for your website will become your property upon completion of the project, and I will transfer ownership to you.

4. Maintenance and Support
I offer ongoing maintenance and support services for an additional fee. These services may include updates to your website, troubleshooting, and other related tasks. If you require maintenance or support services, please contact me for more information.

5. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
I will make reasonable efforts to ensure that your website is free of defects and meets your requirements. However, I make no warranties or guarantees as to the performance or functionality of your website. I will not be liable for any damages or losses that result from your use of your website, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data.

6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by giving written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, you will be responsible for payment of all fees and expenses incurred up to the date of termination.

7. Confidentiality
I will keep all information that you provide to me confidential, and will not disclose it to any third party without your consent. I may use your website as an example of my work, but will not disclose any confidential information about your business or organization.

8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms of Service
I may change these Terms of Service at any time without notice. Your continued use of my service after any such changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
